As founder and General Manager, Pedro directs daily operations of PDF Engineering focusing on what’s most important to him: CLIENT SUCCESS.
Pedro’s prior experience of over 20 years in the construction arena motivated him to found PDF Engineering with a vision to provide premier construction inspection, project management and consulting services, key elements for a successful construction project.
Pedro started his career in Caracas, Venezuela back in 1996 as business owner partnering with government entities to successfully implement numerous infrastructure improvement projects. In 2002 he relocated to Chicago-Illinois where he has lived since then and worked for different engineering firms until opening his own firm. During recent years Pedro has personally directed construction inspection and project management services for the Capital Improvement Program implemented by the Chicago Department of Water Management and its contractors.
Pedro is a Civil Engineer, he holds a Master’s degree in Finance and a Master’s degree in Engineering and Construction Management
